Welcome! My name is Dimitrios, and I’m the founder of dontwatch.org. When I’m not advocating for a vegan lifestyle, I’m teaching yoga—a practice that has profoundly transformed my life.
Yoga has brought me peace, joy, relaxation, and a deeper sense of well-being, both physically and mentally. Yoga has also been a powerful tool in healing the PTSD I carried from years of filming inside farms and slaughterhouses.
I truly believe that if every vegan practiced yoga, we would move closer to a compassionate, vegan world. Yoga fosters creativity, motivation, and resilience—qualities that help us navigate and thrive in a world that isn't always aligned with our values.
